- Basement, foundation, & crawlspaces
- Insulation & ventilation
- Doors & windows
During a Pre-Listing Inspection, we will look for damage, defect, and areas in need of upgrade in the home before you list it for sale. Having this information gives sellers the opportunity to repair the home as necessary before potential buyers see it.
New Construction Phase Inspections
If you want every phase in your construction project to be structurally sound and free from any oversights, consider New Construction Phase Inspections. We will inspect any phase in construction before a builder moves on to the next, ensuring the best possible finished project.
Bank Lender Inspection
Lenders want to be sure that construction and renovation projects are being completed up to industry standard and in a timely manner before releasing funds. During Bank Lender Inspections, we will inspect the project and provide inspection reports that can be shared with your lender.
We will inspect an estate before owners decide to sell, offering advice about what repairs and upgrades should be made before negotiating with potential buyers.
Termites and other wood-destroying insects can quickly cause structural damage to your home. By having a Termite Inspection done, you can diagnose an infestation and possibly avoid expensive repairs.
New Construction Inspection
By having a professional with an outside perspective inspect a newly built home before a final construction walkthrough, builders give themselves the advantage of finding mistakes or oversights ahead of time.
Commercial Property Inspection
It’s important that owners or buyers of commercial properties have their buildings and units inspected. We provide a thorough inspection of these properties so you can be sure your investment is sound.
Builder’s Warranty Inspection
Many newly-built homes come with a one-year warranty which protects new homeowners from being financially responsible for defects in construction. A Builder’s Warranty Inspection, typically done during the 11th month of the warranty, will let owners know what they can have repaired before the warranty is up.
Radon is a toxic gas that can cause lung cancer in individuals exposed to it, and it can be found in the home. It is odorless, tasteless, and invisible, so a professional inspection is required to properly diagnose the issue.
Aerial Drone Photography
In situations where a roof or entire property is unsafe or difficult to see, an aerial drone may be used to gather detailed photographs from above. We use a DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus drone, which has been registered and licensed by the FAA.
